The Department of the Navy issued the pre-release of its 25.4 (R1) Catapult Challenge BAA which opened to receive proposals on October 23, 2024, and closed to proposal submission November 20, 2024 at 12:00pm ET.

Ask Me Anything (AMA) Catapult Challenge Webinar
On October 16 the Navy held a free AMA Catapult Challenge Webinar which provided the attendee an opportunity to learn about the intricacies of this exciting new dimension of SBIR.
Attendees also participated in Technical Q&A directly with the Systems Commands (SYSCOMs) sponsoring the topics as well as
Programmatic Q&A with Mr. Brian Shipley, Navy SBIR/STTR Program Director.
